Choreography

Vikki trained as a professional dancer and gravitated towards choreography the moment she graduated. Her work spans a wide spectrum, from directing all-singing, all-dancing casts to shaping large-scale en masse crowd scenes. With a keen eye for talent and a clear creative vision, she can audition – cast – create.

Site Specific Choreography

When the brief calls for performance in unconventional spaces and away from a traditional theatre or studio setting - Vikki thrives. She has developed and delivered numerous works where the choreography is shaped by, and in dialogue with, the surrounding environment, from historic buildings to open landscapes.

Movement Direction

Movement direction is a branch of choreography where everyday gesture and natural movement can take centre stage. Vikki has extensive knowledge in this area and a proven track record of working with both dancers and non-dancers.

Fashion Show Direction

With two decades of experience across the four fashion capitals - New York, London, Milan, and Paris, Vikki possesses a deep understanding of the entire industry. She advises on model routes and runway flow, helps shape the overall vibe and pacing of the show, and facilitates accurate timings. On show day, Vikki is present to direct the models, ensuring the overall aesthetic aligns with the designer’s vision.

En Masse Movement

With a skilled team behind her, Vikki can choreograph and coordinate hundreds of performers moving in unison – creating visual impact, and a sense of collective energy that captivates audiences.

Motion Capture

Motion capture involves recording high-resolution movement of people or objects and translating it into a digital format. Vikki has worked on a number of projects where motion capture was a key tool, directing performers to generate the desired digital image.

Historical Dance

Historical dance is often featured in film and television to bring authenticity and depth to period pieces. Vikki has choreographed a range of styles, including multiple versions of the Waltz, a Parisian Gavotte, and the Charleston. Her attention to historical accuracy, combined with her choreographic skill, ensures that the movement aligns seamlessly with the time period, character, and narrative.

Artist Development

Vikki offers tailored support for artists seeking to elevate their stage presence and performance skills. Whether working one-on-one or as part of a wider creative team, she helps artists build confidence, refine their movement, and discover their unique signature style. Vikki is also happy to work with backing vocalists to choreograph, polish and tighten their performance.

Stage Direction

When on-stage rehearsals require a choreographer’s eye and leadership, Vikki can step into the role of stage director. With a calm, clear approach and a strong grasp of performance dynamics, she ensures that movement, spacing, and transitions are refined and rehearsals run efficiently helping bring your production to its full potential.
